yeh bhi inkishaaf huwa hai ke Punjab mein haraam murghion ke liye beopari hazraat' thandhi murghi ya akh mithi' ki istilaah istemaal karte hain .
isi terhan kuch arsa qabal taq pani wala  gosht ka bhi aap suntay hi rahay hon ge, pressure walay gosht ka rang bilkul halka ghulabi hoga, agar pressure nah laga hua utar wao ghushd ka rang shokh gulaabii hoga. pressure laganay ke liye qassab hazraat pani ka aik pipe janwar ko zibah karne ke baad pani ka pipe sh_hh rug mein daal kar pressure se pani chortay hain jis ki wajah se pani poooray dabao kay sath har chuti  barri rug mein poanch jata hai aur yeh harba sirf najaaiz munafe khori yani pani istemaal karkay gosht ka wazan badhaane ke liye kya jata hai. garam garam jism mein pani bharnay ki wajah se pani wala gosht mein se bhi munasib khoon kharij nahi hopata .
